Last Christmas posting dates this year...we are recommending a few days before the last dates Royal Mail.

UK - Saturday 14th December 2024

Worldwide - Saturday 7th December 2024 

The items are posted second class so should arrive within 2-3 working days once they've been dispatched. Please click here for the latest information from Royal Mail regarding deliveries.

The cost of the postage and packaging is shown on the checkout, depending on your location. 

Where items are an irregular shape or super heavy, we sometimes may have to use a courier service like Evri to get them to you safely. These packages will be trackable and we will provide the tracking information.
 

Please double check your order and the email confirmation you should receive after including your delivery address. If you spot any errors please contact us immediately. We will try to make any alterations provided the item has not already been produced and posted. Remember it is your responsibility to make sure the details provided are correct.
 

If you would like to add a gift message to your order, just add the details in at the checkout.

We also delivery across the globe. Please make sure you include a local phone number with your order details as we often have to include that in the customs paperwork.

Products are normally sent by tracked by Royal Mail. We will send you the tracking details of your order once it has been processed. We may send parcels with other delivery couriers such as Hermes depending on the weight.

Please note parcels may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Your items may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
