Returns & Refunds

While it is very rare, sometimes the Royal Mail doesn’t always read our fragile stickers and things can get damaged in transit. Please notify us immediately if anything arrives damaged and send us some photos so we can notify them. We will then contact you to arrange a replacement to be sent out.

Please note we are unable to accept returns on personalised items unless they are faulty.

Should you wish to return or exchange anything, please contact us within 14 days of your order date. Any items that you wish to be returned or exchanged should be returned in the original packaging, unworn (where applicable) and at your own cost. We suggest using a tracked service as we will only be able to process the return / exchange once the item is received. We will refund you using the original payment details from your order.
